The HPC Fire Round Bowl Pan Gas Fire Pit PENTA37EI-HI-LO is a fully assembled, commercial-grade certified Fire Pit insert. With a powerful high-quality construction material that has the latest technology, this will complement your gas fire pit project.
The Electronic Ignition design allows for a remotely controlled Fire Pit with an On/off or HI/LO setting. There is a flame sensing system that automatically shuts of the gas valve if the flames get turned off.
There is a sidewall that aids with media retention, Pan Lip provides for the recessed burner and blowout box
An HPC Original – this stainless steel, spun bowl design was launched in 2004… and today is still our most popular pan style.
The "ON/OFF" variation of this burner kit will require an external switch, timer, or optional remote (SKU: 578-C) to operate, while a remote control is included for the "HI/LO" variation. The "HI/LO" version of this burner kit is also compatible with the HPC smartphone app for added convenience. HI/LO units offer two flame height selections for user customizability. The "HI" setting offers maximum flame height and power, while the "LO" setting cuts the flame by 40 percent. In addition, the phone app allows on/off, timer, and troubleshooting functionality.

Order Shipment:
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. American Fyre Designs products are made to order and current manufacturing time is 2-6 Weeks. If product is in stock shipping time will be around 3-7 days.

Fire Pit Art products are made to order and current manufacturing time is 3-12 days. All Fire Pit Art® creations are made to order. After placing your order they start creating your pieces. All fire pits are shipped LTL departing from Lebanon, TN. Your piece will be delivered LTL residential-curbside delivery. The dispatcher from the freight company will call to schedule your residential curb-side delivery offering a 4 hour delivery window typically.
White glove service is available in most metropolitan area's. If white glove service is required we will need to quote those additional costs for you. Refunds:
Gas components are not eligible for buyers remorse refund if they have been installed or used.
Once payment is taken, any modified and / or powder coated pieces are considered custom work and not eligible for refund.
